Reclaimed Wafers are wafers that are stripped of films, metals or other contaminants. The wafers are returned back to their original surface condition through chemical or chemical and mechanical processing techniques.
FSM offers a wide variety of Reclaimed Wafers ranging in diameter from 100mm to 300mm. Wafers are available in a mirror finish, or a mirror finish with particle and flatness specifications. Reclaimed Grade Wafers are a low cost alternative to virgin wafers and a popular way for companies to save money.
